Fidget Board - A woodworking project
Fidget Board - A woodworking project
The Fidget Board is an awesome woodworking project with the end goal of creating a dynamic toy for the classroom. Children are constantly told “dont play with that!” or “thats not a toy!”, so for this project we’ve collected some of the most common fidgets and “dont touch that” items onto one board. Flips and swithces and knobs and spinny things, this board has it all. Opportunities for tool mastery, fine motor development, probem solving, measuring and calculating, as well as working in groups. This board gives children buttons to press and switches to flip to satisfy their curiosity!
Suitable for a building project with children 6+ years old
A fully assemble product is available for purchase for younger age groups.
1.5 meter long board made of soft wood, light weight with carrying handles. Includes 15 knobs and switches and fidgets to engage curiosity, fine motor skills, and artistic development.
